Our School

Citizenship is a contact sport. At City View Community High School, we embrace John Dewey’s idea that “education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.” Our approach combines project-based learning, immersive internships, and college-level courses through our Kirkwood partnership to create an education that’s both rigorous and deeply connected to the local community. Students tackle real-world challenges while building deep local connections and developing the skills needed to thrive as engaged citizens.
